Which floor lighting brands have the lowest water bills?
The water department of a large city in China says that most of its water bills are actually less than the cost of heating a typical home.
The city of Zhejiang in southwest China, known for its high-quality sewage treatment plants, has a water budget of $0.12 per liter.
That means that a $1 liter of water in the city costs only $0,074.25, or just over 1.2 percent of the price of heating the average household home.
Zhejiang also has some of the lowest rates in the world for sewer systems, with the lowest average cost of the system at $1.65 per liter in the capital, Shanghai.
The city has about one million residents, about 40 percent of whom live below the poverty line.
Zhongliang, a city of about 1.4 million in northern China, has the highest average cost for sewer services at $2.04 per liter, or about 5.6 percent of its average water budget.
That’s still far below the average cost in many of China’s most populous cities, including Beijing and Shanghai.
The water budget at the city’s sewage treatment plant is $0 to $1 per liter for all water usage, according to Zhongliig’s water budget documents.
Zhejian’s water department has an average of $1 to $2 per liter of wastewater, according the city documents.
But some of these figures don’t apply to every household in the area.
In some cases, the water budget is based on only one meter, meaning that the city would need to pay for more than one meter of water to get the same level of treatment.
For example, a family with two families living on different blocks in Zhejun would need about 4,000 meters of water per family to get a level of protection that would last for three years.
Water is cheap in China, but if you don’t pay attention to your water bill, you could end up with more water than you need.
