3-D floor plan for Cali’s new $400 million condo tower
Cali, a luxury condo development in Los Angeles, announced Wednesday that it will open its first condo building on the 17th floor of its new $3.2 billion penthouse hotel on the city’s west side.
The project, dubbed the Cali Tower, is the citys first condo tower on the site of a former hotel.
The building, at Cali Plaza, will be home to some 300 to 400 high-end apartments, as well as a two-story hotel.
A two-acre green space will be constructed behind the hotel, with parking and street access.
The Cali project, which has the city of Los Angeles as an anchor tenant, will include a number of retail, residential and entertainment spaces.
It also will have a fitness center and a retail center for the restaurant.
The developer said that the Calis project will include 467 units and a total of about 3,000 square feet of retail space.
It is unclear how many of those units will be condos.
The city has been seeking to develop more of the site and a project has been in the works since 2009, but it was never completed.
The city has said it is looking to use the site for a new park, but has yet to provide a timeline.
The development comes after Cali announced that it would be the first luxury condo project in the city to open on the ground floor.
The development will be built on the Calias land, but the hotel will be on the top level, according to Cali.
Construction on the condo project is scheduled to start in the spring.
